Description

The Blenheim Range stable fronts can be made for you from either ‘wood or Plastic Planking.

The PLASTIC option gives a more economical option. But remains waterproof, mould-proof, moisture proof and maintenance-free. Our plastic planking is made from 100% high-density polyethene – making the highest quality plastic planking. The design incorporates a wood grain texture keeping the traditional equestrian look despite the most modern product.

Tough – This product has a density to the TO ISO 1183-1 standard, and has a strength at break rating to 2058.9 N, and a hardness measurement to TO ISO 2039-2 standard.
Weatherproof – The liquid absorption is very low in plastic products, less than 0.3% in this case.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOT DIPPED AND JUST GALVINIZED

HOT DIPPED GALVANIZING  (HDPG)

First, we weld the raw material steel pipes together, then immerse the
entire stable panel into a zinc pot for hot-dip galvanizing. This ensures
that both the inside and outside of the steel pipes are protected by a
layer of zinc to prevent rusting. Please note that the temperature of
the zinc pot is around 450 degrees Celsius, which is necessary to
completely melt the zinc layer and immerse it into the iron pipes.
500g/m2
More than 10 years no rust

GALVANIZED
Galvanized refers to welding galvanized pipes together,
where the zinc layer at the welding points may be damaged.
This is because the welding temperature is around 1500
degrees Celsius, which can cause the zinc layer to disappear
and fail to provide protection, so will be rusty after 1 to 2 years
