Trailer & Horsebox Hire Form

These are all available on a minimum term contract. (To be Agreed with Hirer)

You will be responsible for any and all insurance needed to cover the asset for its full value. No security locks are provided as part of the hire. Should you require one for insurance or just as an additional theft deterrent, we can provide wheel clamps and hitch locks at a discounted price.

The trailer/Truck can be collected or delivered (Quote provided upon request).

Before we go ahead with any hire the account needs approval from our directors, for which we require the following information:

Full address of where the trailer will be kept*

We would also require the following documents from yourself, before the hire commences:

Driving licence*

Utility bill 1*

Utility bill 2*

Current payslip*

Insurance documents (once hire has been approved and trailer allocated)

With regards to payment, upon booking we would require the first month’s payment to confirm the booking, this is non-refundable, it will then become the first month’s rental upon collection/delivery. Each following monthly payment would be taken on the date of collection/delivery; for example, if you collected on the 30th then payment would be the 30th of each month.
