The Bertie Eventer 750 is intended for use on private land with the landowner’s permission. It does not meet the requirements for a standard road-legal electric bicycle.

It must not be used on public roads, pavements or cycle paths unless it has the necessary vehicle approval, registration, tax and insurance, and the rider meets the relevant licensing and helmet requirements.
