Prior to Wilcoxs@Edgemere’s confirmation of purchase acceptance by e-mail or phone call, no agreement between the two parties will exist. Because Wilcoxs@Edgemeris not responsible for accepting returns or exchanging items due to faulty sizing or design, customers should double-check all dimensions and specifications before placing an order. If there are any mistakes or inaccuracies with the products or the order that are shown on the site, Wilcoxs@Edgemere has the right to back out of any agreement. Should the need arise, Wilcoxs@Edgemere retains the right to change prices, colours, designs, and specifications without prior notice.
2. Availability
We regret Wilcox@Edgemere is unable to promise that all items ordered will be kept in stock and shipped out immediately due to the wide variety of colours, styles, and sizes that are available. We will do our best to expedite the delivery. A more precise delivery estimate will be provided to you at the time of completing your order. Any delays in receiving payment or the requested artwork for personalised jumps can cause the delivery estimates to be inaccurate.
3. Pricing
The prices given are all inclusive of VAT at the regular UK rate and are given ex-works in pounds sterling.
4. Payment
Full payment is required prior to shipment of any products. Payment options include PayPal; items will not be sent out until the funds have cleared. Until full payment is received, the goods will be held by Wilcox@edgemere
5. Delivery
The dates provided for delivery are only estimates. It is important to provide precise postal codes in order to facilitate courier deliveries. Please inspect and sign for all courier deliveries thoroughly; Wilcox@Edgemere will not be held responsible for shortages or damages after such a signature.
6. Returns
Within 14 days of purchase, you can return any unused item in its original packaging (or packaging of a comparable quality and protection) as long as it is in the original condition and undamaged. The expense of the return must be covered by the purchaser. Anything lost or destroyed in transit back to the Company is not the responsibility ofWilcox@Edgemere. Please contact us to explain the nature of your return and obtain a returns code before returning your item. Kindly be informed that any specialised orders placed through our sales office require a non-refundable deposit equal to half of the total order amount. Your statutory rights are unaffected by this returns policy.

There is inherent danger in any sport involving horses. Jumping could make that risk higher. Wilcox@Edgemere is only liable up to the amount of the product’s purchasing price. The execution of this Agreement is not time-sensitive.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the terms and conditions or contracts between you and Wilcox@Edgemere will be heard and resolved by the English courts.
