Every little thing, including sturdy handles, hinges, plates, and concealed welds, is carefully considered.

Stalls and stables for horses benefit greatly from this type of rust protection. For a long life of beauty and practicality, treat it to two coats of an anti-rust treatment.

With powder coating, you can personalise the appearance of your panels by choosing from a variety of colours.

FOR AN EXTRA COST our horse stalls panels can undergo a hot dip galvanising treatment followed by a powder coating for extra protection.

Full 24mm bamboo

he BAMBOO option is ‘strand woven bamboo’ – also referred to as heavy bamboo.
This is where the bamboo is manufactured with extreme temperature and pressure, and carbonized, making the finished materials used to build you stables temperature resistant and incredibly strong.
Here’s what to like about the heavy bamboo for your stables.
Eco Friendly – the bamboo it is manufactured from has rapid growth, so it can be harvested every 5 – 7 years, making for a sustainable material – complete with a utilization rate of over 90%.
Long Lasting – Your product will last in excess of 20 years. The glue process used, using the natural resins makes for a product that will not only last for in excess of 20 years, you will not need preservatives to stop it rotting.
Tough – This product has a density of 1.2g/cm3, with an impact toughness above 17320N. It is also highly resistant to abraison.
Emission – People are rightly more aware of formaldehyde emission from manufactured products, and this machined bamboo is lower than the national standards of Europe and the USA. It always comes in lower than 0.2mg/L.
Weatherproof – Being both anti UV and highly hydrolytic resistant, the worst of the weather will not spoil heavy bamboo stables. This material has a thickness swelling rate of water absorption of 0.4% in 34 hours! (the EU standard is <2%).

The PLASTIC option gives a more economical option. But remains to be waterproof, mold proof, moisture proof and maintenance free. Our plastic planking is made from 100% high-density polyethylene – making the highest quality plastic planking. The design incorporates a wood grain texture keeping the traditional equestrian look despite the most modern product.

Tough – This product has a density to the TO ISO 1183-1 standard, and has a strength at break rating to 2058.9 N, and a hardness measurement to TO ISO 2039-2 standard.
Weatherproof – The liquid absorption is very low in plastic products, less than 0.3% in this case.

Our stable fronts can be made for you from either ‘Bamboo’ or Plastic Planking.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOT DIPPED AND JUST GALVINIZED

HOT DIPPED GALVANIZING  (HDPG)

First, we weld the raw material steel pipes together, then immerse the
entire stable panel into a zinc pot for hot-dip galvanizing. This ensures
that both the inside and outside of the steel pipes are protected by a
layer of zinc to prevent rusting. Please note that the temperature of
the zinc pot is around 450 degrees Celsius, which is necessary to
completely melt the zinc layer and immerse it into the iron pipes.
500g/m2
More than 10 years no rust

GALVANIZED
Galvanized refers to welding galvanized pipes together,
where the zinc layer at the welding points may be damaged.
This is because the welding temperature is around 1500
degrees Celsius, which can cause the zinc layer to disappear
and fail to provide protection, so will be rusty after 1 to 2 years
80g/m2
1-2 year
