Description
Stable Fronts — Built to Last in Bamboo or Plastic Planking
Our custom stable fronts are available in two premium materials — Strand Woven Bamboo or High-Density Plastic Planking — giving you a choice between the natural strength of bamboo and the durability of modern composite materials.
🪵 BAMBOO — “Strand Woven” Heavy Bamboo
Our heavy bamboo is created through a process of extreme temperature, pressure, and carbonization, producing a material that is incredibly strong, dense, and temperature resistant — ideal for long-lasting stable construction.
Why Choose Heavy Bamboo for Your Stables
✅ Eco-Friendly
Bamboo grows rapidly and can be harvested every 5–7 years, making it a sustainable choice with a utilization rate above 90%.
✅ Long-Lasting
With a lifespan exceeding 20 years, this bamboo requires no preservatives. Natural resins used in bonding prevent rot and decay.
✅ Tough & Durable
-
Density: 1.2 g/cm³
-
Impact Toughness: >17,320 N
-
Highly resistant to abrasion and damage, ensuring a lasting finish even in busy stable environments.
✅ Low Emission
Manufactured with formaldehyde levels below 0.2 mg/L, it’s significantly safer than European and US standards — promoting a healthier stable environment.
✅ Weatherproof Performance
Heavy bamboo is anti-UV and hydrolysis resistant, maintaining its integrity under extreme weather conditions.
-
Water absorption thickness swelling rate: 0.4% in 34 hours (EU standard <2%).
♻️ PLASTIC — High-Density Polyethylene Planking
Our plastic planking provides a cost-effective and maintenance-free solution without compromising quality or appearance.

Tough – This product has a density to the TO ISO 1183-1 standard, and has a strength at break rating to 2058.9 N, and a hardness measurement to TO ISO 2039-2 standard.
Weatherproof – The liquid absorption is very low in plastic products, less than 0.3% in this case.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOT DIPPED AND JUST GALVINIZED
HOT DIPPED GALVANIZING (HDPG)
First, we weld the raw material steel pipes together, then immerse the
entire stable panel into a zinc pot for hot-dip galvanizing. This ensures
that both the inside and outside of the steel pipes are protected by a
layer of zinc to prevent rusting. Please note that the temperature of
the zinc pot is around 450 degrees Celsius, which is necessary to
completely melt the zinc layer and immerse it into the iron pipes.
500g/m2
More than 10 years no rust
GALVANIZED
Galvanized refers to welding galvanized pipes together,
where the zinc layer at the welding points may be damaged.
This is because the welding temperature is around 1500
degrees Celsius, which can cause the zinc layer to disappear
and fail to provide protection, so will be rusty after 1 to 2 years
